WarehouseDistribution Center Floor Program
Mechanical scrubbing program across a large distribution center with racking aisles, dock areas and battery charging zones, scheduled around operations and including spill response coverage.
View Details
To keep industrial facilities clean, safe and compliant through trained crews who understand plant hazards as well as cleaning methods.
Who We Are
R Clean Up provides industrial cleaning for manufacturing plants, food and pharmaceutical facilities, warehouses and heavy industry. Scope covers floor scrubbing and degreasing, machine and equipment cleaning, high-level cleaning of structural steel, beams, cable trays, ductwork and light fittings, pit and sump cleaning, spill response, and production area sanitation to hygiene standards where product is exposed. Our technicians are inducted and trained for industrial environments, including lockout and tagout discipline, permit systems, confined space entry, work at height and the specific hazards of working near energized and moving equipment.
Two things separate this work from commercial cleaning. The first is safety competence: a crew that does not understand why a guard stays in place or what a permit actually authorizes creates risk that outweighs any cleaning benefit. The second is method. Combustible dust accumulation on overhead surfaces must be captured with vacuum and controlled methods rather than blown down with compressed air, which simply suspends it. R Clean Up works in live production and during planned shutdowns across , and we plan shutdown scopes realistically rather than agreeing to a window we cannot hold.

To keep industrial facilities clean, safe and compliant through trained crews who understand plant hazards as well as cleaning methods.
Compliance
We tell you when a scope cannot be done in the window offered.
R Clean Up will walk your site, assess hazards and propose a scope split between live and shutdown work.

Industrial cleaning is not commercial janitorial work with bigger machines, and crews who do not understand lockout, confined space and moving machinery are a hazard on your floor.
Our Process
We tour the plant with your team, identify hazards, access constraints and hygiene requirements, and define a scope with methods, equipment and frequencies by area.
Risk assessments and method statements are produced, permits and isolation requirements agreed, crews inducted to your site rules and emergency procedures briefed.
Work proceeds under supervision with the agreed methods, coordinating with production and maintenance, and with dust, effluent and waste controlled throughout.
Completion is checked against the scope, hygiene verification is performed where required, waste documentation is provided and findings or defects observed are reported.
Our Services

Controlled removal of combustible dust from horizontal surfaces, overhead structures and concealed ledges using appropriately rated vacuum equipment, with documented coverage so the housekeeping program supports your dust hazard analysis rather than contradicting it.

Mechanical scrubbing and degreasing of concrete, epoxy and coated floors, removing oil, coolant, carbon, product residue and tire marks. Equipment and chemistry are matched to the coating and the soil, with effluent captured where it cannot enter drains and slip risk managed during the work.

Removal of sludge, swarf, coolant and process residue from pits, sumps, tanks and drainage systems, with confined space controls, gas monitoring, vacuum recovery and characterized waste disposal through licensed routes.

Planned cleaning during production breaks and turnarounds, covering equipment interiors, pits, sumps, drains, overhead structures and areas inaccessible while running, with crew sizing and sequence planned against the outage window and daily progress reporting.

Cleaning of production machinery, guards, frames, conveyors, enclosures and tooling areas under appropriate isolation, using methods that do not drive contamination into bearings, electrical enclosures or linear guides. Work is coordinated with maintenance so cleaning and servicing happen in one access.

Our Advantages
Sludge, coolant, oil and process residue are contained and removed through licensed routes with documentation retained.
Cleaning near bearings, guides and electrical enclosures uses techniques that do not push contamination where it causes failures.
Crew size and sequence are planned against your window, and we say during planning when a scope will not fit.
Overhead accumulation is vacuumed with rated equipment, because compressed air simply suspends combustible dust across the plant.
Food and pharmaceutical areas are cleaned to written procedures with chemical, contact time and verification records retained.
Crews are trained in lockout, permits, confined space and work at height, and understand why a guard stays where it is.
Crews are inducted on lockout, machine guarding and traffic rules, because the risk in plant cleaning is the plant rather than the cleaning.
High-level and combustible dust work uses vacuum capture instead of compressed air, which is the difference between cleaning and redistributing a fire load.
Collected material is characterized, segregated and tracked to disposal, because a drum of unknown sludge becomes your problem the moment we leave.

Client Feedback
Their crews understand our lockout procedure better than some contractors who work on the equipment itself. That competence is why they are allowed on the floor during production.
The overhead dust program is documented properly and feeds straight into our dust hazard analysis. The previous arrangement was compressed air and hope.
They told us during planning that our shutdown scope would not fit the window and proposed what to prioritize. Finishing on time was better than attempting everything.
R Clean Up will walk your site, assess hazards and propose a scope split between live and shutdown work.

Shutdown and turnaround crews are booked to your outage calendar.
Questions & Answers
The hazards and the methods. Industrial crews must understand lockout and tagout, permits, confined space entry, work at height and the risks of working near energized and moving equipment. Cleaning techniques also differ, because the wrong method near bearings, guides or electrical enclosures causes equipment failures.
We plan to it: crew size, equipment, sequence and contingency against your dates, with daily progress reporting. If the scope genuinely does not fit the window, we say so during planning and propose what to prioritize, rather than discovering it halfway through the outage.
Yes, for much of the scope, with coordination on access, isolation where required and exclusion around our work. Some tasks genuinely need a shutdown: equipment interiors, pits, overhead work above running lines and anything requiring isolation of operating plant. We separate the scope accordingly.
Yes. We clean food, beverage and pharmaceutical areas to written procedures using approved chemicals, color-coded equipment and verified contact times, with records kept for your quality system. We support swabbing programs and have crews inducted into audit-governed environments.
Because suspended dust clouds are an explosion risk. Blowing accumulation down with compressed air creates exactly the condition that causes incidents. Removal must use capture methods and appropriately rated vacuum equipment, with documented coverage so housekeeping genuinely supports your dust hazard analysis.
It is contained, characterized where the material requires it, and disposed of through licensed routes with documentation retained. Coolant, oil, sludge and process residue frequently cannot enter a drain, so capture arrangements are planned before work begins rather than improvised.

From Our Desk

Documented cleaning coverage supports dust and slip risk assessments. How to make records count.

Splitting live-area work from outage-only tasks makes both safer and cheaper. A practical scope split.

Blowing accumulation down creates the exact hazard you were trying to remove. What capture methods look like.

Wrong methods push contamination into exactly the places that fail. Technique matters near machinery.
